We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our growing facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Verify inventory against shipping documents and report any discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming merchandise using appropriate equipment.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 55 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as business needs dictate.
- A proactive approach to safety and a commitment to wearing all required PPE.
