Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock products into designated warehouse locations accurately and efficiently.
- Pick items from inventory based on order requirements using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall warehouse orderliness.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock verification.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets in our logistics operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the warehouse team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
