Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Austin, Texas! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our daily logistics operations. This role involves a variety of critical warehouse tasks, including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock products into designated warehouse locations accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick items from inventory based on order requirements using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall warehouse orderliness.
  • Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock verification.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets in our logistics operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the warehouse team.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
