We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth handling of goods within our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and ensuring a safe working environment for everyone. A strong commitment to safety is a must, and you will be required to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role involves regular physical activity, including lifting items up to 50 pounds, so candidates must be physically capable. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics and warehousing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
