This role is fundamental to our daily operations, supporting various warehouse functions to ensure efficient product flow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities may include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We pride ourselves on a safe working environment, and all employees are required to adhere to safety guidelines and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting products throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
