Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outbound transportation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control and cycle count activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
