*Position Summary*
We are seeking an experienced and driven *Product Manager* to lead the planning, development, and lifecycle management of automotive and aerospace products from concept through production and sustainment. This role serves as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and customers to ensure products meet technical requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Own the full product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, launch, and end-of-life planning
* Translate customer and market requirements into clear product specifications and business cases
* Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
* Manage product requirements, change control, and configuration management in accordance with automotive and aerospace standards
* Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer needs, certification requirements, and performance expectations are met
* Support new product introduction (NPI) efforts, including risk assessment, cost modeling, and schedule development
* Partner with sales and marketing to support proposals, pricing strategies, and customer presentations
* Monitor product performance, margins, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with applicable automotive and aerospace regulations and quality systems (ISO9001, AS9100, FAA, EASA, etc.)
*Required Qualifications*
* 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or program management within the automotive, aerospace or defense industry
* Strong understanding of automotive and aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and quality systems
* Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Advances proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Word
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience with certified aerospace products and regulatory environments
* Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
* Background in customer-facing roles or technical sales support

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
