Review HACCP records and perform direct observations. Conduct product cuttings and assess, investigate, and rectify quality issues. Manage product failures and conduct investigations. Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong attendance and work ethic. Excellent communication skills. Mathematical abilities for data analysis. Able to engage with all levels of management. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations. Competence in ensuring product quality standards are met. Compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SOPs. Investigating quality and food safety concerns. Collecting microbiological and product samples for analysis. Implementing holds on non-conforming products and materials. Ensuring compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards. Understanding of production processes. Assisting in audits of processes, GMPs, and customer audits. Supporting troubleshooting efforts for plant quality and sanitation issues. Contributing to product improvement initiatives. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
