We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic *Critical Care Specialist (DACVECC)* to help shape our Emergency and launch a Critical Care service – a long-anticipated addition championed by our entire hospital team since we opened Emergency Services in 2023.

Founded in 2015, Sunstone opened Emergency Services in 2023 and has been steadily expanding ever since. From the beginning, doctors across all departments, along with technicians, assistants, and referral coordinators, have been asking for a Critical Care Specialist to round out our collaborative care model and strengthen continuity of care across all specialties.

Sunstone is a 9,000 sq. ft. specialty and emergency hospital in Portland, OR, privately owned by *Joshua Elliott, DVM, DACVIM* and *Marie Xavier, BFA, LVT *– two long-standing members of the Portland veterinary community.
