*Pay:* $45.00–$65.00/hour (DOE) equivalent to $93,600 to $135,200 based on skills and experience

*Position Summary*
The Radiation Therapist (RTT) delivers radiation treatments and CT simulations with a high level of accuracy, safety, and compassion. You’ll work closely with the radiation oncologist, physics/dosimetry, nursing, and front office teams to provide consistent, high-quality patient care and smooth daily operations.
*What You’ll Do*
* Deliver daily radiation therapy treatments per prescription and departmental protocols
* Perform CT simulations and support positioning/immobilization devices
* Verify patient identity, setup accuracy, imaging, shifts, and treatment parameters prior to delivery
* Provide clear, compassionate patient support throughout treatment
* Document treatments and clinical details accurately and on time (EMR/record & verify)
* Maintain safe operation of equipment and adhere to radiation safety standards
* Identify and escalate patient status changes and technical issues promptly
* Collaborate with dosimetry and physics on image guidance workflows, troubleshooting, and quality practices
* Help maintain a clean, organized treatment environment and contribute to continuous improvement

*Qualifications (Required)*
* Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program (or equivalent)
* ARRT (T) required
* Oregon OBMI Radiation Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
* BLS (AHA) required
* Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and patient-first communication
*Preferred*
* Prior experience in an outpatient radiation oncology setting
* Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
