- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Stock received inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear all necessary PPE while performing job duties.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and work ethic.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
