We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory levels, coordinate shipments, and ensure that all operations adhere to safety protocols. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, scheduling shifts, and ensuring productivity targets are met. A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management is highly valued. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, and identifying discrepancies. This role involves regular interaction with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient flow of materials. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, able to anticipate and resolve issues that may arise in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be expected to enforce all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE. Expect to be involved in tasks that require significant lifting, typically up to 50 lbs.
