Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move, load, unload, and stack materials within our warehouse. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and safe handling of inventory, supporting overall warehouse operations and the smooth flow of our Logistics chain. A keen awareness of Safety protocols and proper equipment operation is essential. We provide a safe work environment and require strict adherence to all Safety guidelines and the use of appropriate PPE . This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators to advance their careers in a growing industry. Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
  • Transport materials to and from designated storage areas.
  • Stack and organize inventory according to warehouse layout and procedures.
  • Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Properly use all required PPE at all times.
  • Support general warehouse duties when not operating a forklift.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Forklift Operator is required. Must possess a valid forklift certification and a clean driving record. Thorough understanding of warehouse operations and material handling procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and moderate Lifting . Strong commitment to workplace Safety and accident prevention. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
