About
Our Omaha, Nebraska location is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will be a key contributor to the efficient flow of goods within our facility. The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, follow instructions, and work collaboratively with colleagues is essential. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform moderate Lifting. We prioritize Safety and expect all team members to adhere to established Safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles and workspaces.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Support other warehouse functions as required.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and Lifting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics principles is beneficial.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
