- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies and processes to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE .
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Track and report on warehouse KPIs to management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
