We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to become an integral part of our New York City, New York facility. This position involves a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and stocking goods to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be working in a dynamic environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are crucial. This role requires physical stamina, including regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds, and the ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, and all employees are required to use provided PPE and adhere to strict safety protocols. Understanding basic logistics principles is beneficial. We value teamwork and encourage a collaborative spirit among our staff. Training will be provided on specific equipment and procedures, but prior warehouse experience is a significant advantage. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Perform lifting tasks as required, following proper techniques.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall logistics and operational efficiency of the warehouse.
