About
We are actively seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our Austin, Texas facility. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse and contributes significantly to our overall logistics chain. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving and putting away inventory, picking and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Safety is our utmost priority; strict adherence to all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. The job requires physical stamina for consistent Lifting and moving of goods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, efficient, and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to Safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be punctual and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
