Seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to support our operations in Washington, D.C. This position is key to our Logistics chain, involving the handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. Your duties will include loading and unloading materials, moving stock, and assisting with order fulfillment. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and prioritize Safety above all else. Significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting, will be required. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. You will work closely with a team to ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
- Move inventory to designated storage areas.
- Assist in picking and packing orders.
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free workspace.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and guidelines, including proper PPE.
- Support inventory management processes.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Perform tasks requiring substantial Lifting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform constant Lifting of items up to 60 lbs.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to procedures.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and material handling.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
