Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack a high volume of customer orders.
- Verify order details against products and shipping information.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate various warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Ensure correct and consistent use of appropriate PPE.
- Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and orderly.
- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Contribute to process improvements in logistics and fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Dedication to upholding safety standards and wearing required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
