Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack a high volume of customer orders.
  • Verify order details against products and shipping information.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate various warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Ensure correct and consistent use of appropriate PPE.
  • Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and orderly.
  • Work cooperatively with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements in logistics and fulfillment.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Dedication to upholding safety standards and wearing required PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
