  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements.
  • Stage goods for outbound shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all regulations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize provided PPE correctly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
Ability to perform lifting up to 55 lbs. Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics setting is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy. Must be committed to following all safety procedures and using required PPE. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including potential overtime, as operational needs dictate.
