Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment within our bustling fulfillment center. We provide all necessary PPE and emphasize safe practices throughout all operations. The role is physically demanding, involving regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Accurately pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order details, including product codes and quantities.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly. Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable following safety guidelines and utilizing provided PPE. Ability to stand, walk, and move for the majority of the shift. Team-oriented and possesses good communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
