Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and load trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
