Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Accurately stock shelves and designated storage areas.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare finished orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly use all required PPE provided by the company.
  • Follow all guidelines and training for safe Lifting and material handling.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
  • Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational issues to management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed daily operational targets.
  • Support the overall logistics functions of the facility through reliable and efficient performance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols. Willingness to wear and correctly use all required PPE. Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work cooperably in a team setting. Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles is a plus.
