Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock shelves and designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare finished orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE provided by the company.
- Follow all guidelines and training for safe Lifting and material handling.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
- Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational issues to management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed daily operational targets.
- Support the overall logistics functions of the facility through reliable and efficient performance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols. Willingness to wear and correctly use all required PPE. Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work cooperably in a team setting. Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles is a plus.
