As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
  • Receive and put away incoming inventory.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Identify and report any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
  • Support other warehouse functions as directed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery.
  • Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
