Our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our expanding operations. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, involving the handling of goods from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include receiving, inventory management, order picking, and packing. Responsibilities:
- Accept, unload, and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
- Properly store and organize inventory within the warehouse using appropriate methods.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications, using scanning technology where applicable.
- Package products safely and efficiently for outbound shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), with a focus on safety.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free work environment.
- Strictly follow all company safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Utilize safe Lifting practices for all material handling tasks.
- Support the broader logistics team by performing various warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous. Must be capable of performing physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds. Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and accuracy in tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. A strong emphasis on Safety and adherence to procedures is paramount.
