About
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker for our Charlotte, North Carolina location. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in a range of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety , and adherence to all company safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE , is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and the ability to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and a team player who contributes to a productive and positive work environment. Your efforts directly impact our Logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Follow all work instructions and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the necessity of PPE .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Familiarity with Logistics and inventory control is beneficial.
