Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker for our Charlotte, North Carolina location. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in a range of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety , and adherence to all company safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE , is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and the ability to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and a team player who contributes to a productive and positive work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock inventory in designated areas.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Conduct inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Follow all work instructions and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the necessity of PPE .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Familiarity with Logistics and inventory control is beneficial.
