Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow.

- Train and develop warehouse team members.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
