You will be responsible for accurately picking products based on customer orders and carefully packing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret order sheets to accurately select products from warehouse shelves.
- Use scanning equipment to track inventory and verify picked items.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming goods.
- Follow all guidelines for safe Lifting and handling of products.
- Wear and properly utilize required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist other departments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Willingness to wear and maintain appropriate PPE.
- Good communication skills.
