This role encompasses a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and safe working environment while meeting productivity targets. A key aspect of this position involves physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. Strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Operate manual and powered equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhere to all Safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
- Perform regular tasks involving Lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Contribute to inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and extended periods of standing and walking.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
