About
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Miami, Florida. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick and pack products according to order sheets, ensuring all items are accounted for and undamaged. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against order specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory immediately to a supervisor.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing quotas.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including occasional lifting and moving of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance if necessary.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to lifting guidelines.
