We are hiring a dedicated Distribution Center Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming freight, verifying quantities and quality against shipping documents.
- Sort and organize merchandise, ensuring proper placement in designated warehouse areas.
- Utilize RF scanners to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with a focus on safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting as directed.
- Strictly follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 55 lbs.
- Excellent observational skills and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime when required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and consistent use of provided PPE is essential.
