We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our growing logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various warehouse machinery, including forklifts, conveyor belts, and automated systems. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility. We are committed to a safe working environment, and strict adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. Your duties will encompass conducting preventative maintenance schedules, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing necessary repairs, and maintaining detailed records of all work performed. Understanding warehouse operations and logistics flow is essential. You will collaborate with the warehouse management team to identify potential equipment failures and implement solutions. Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and automation systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles.
