Job Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a Picker/Packer role in Seattle, Washington? We are seeking efficient and motivated individuals to join our thriving warehouse team. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or digital lists.
  • Verify picked items against order requirements to ensure accuracy.
  • Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Label packages with shipping information.
  • Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
  • Contribute to inventory management by reporting discrepancies.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Support overall logistics operations by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Previous picking and packing experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety and following instructions regarding PPE.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
