We are a high-volume pediatric therapy practice serving children with a wide range of communication needs. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a motivated and caring SLP or SLPA who is passionate about helping kids reach their fullest potential.
*What You’ll Do*
* Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to pediatric clients (clinic-based)
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers and families
* Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress (SLPs)
* Implement treatment plans and support generalization of goals (SLPAs)
* Maintain professional and timely documentation within EMR
*Who We’re Looking For*
* Licensed SLP or SLPA in the state of Florida
* Pediatric experience preferred, new grads welcome
* Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented
