Position Overview: As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be tasked with not only meeting but exceeding sales goals in your assigned territory each month. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of your sales territory by demonstrating outstanding selling skills to consistently achieve your monthly sales targets. Exhibit excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication abilities for effective engagement with clients. Identify market opportunities and challenges, crafting strategic plans to harness and address these elements. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within physician offices. Demonstrate expertise in discussing our products, associated disease states, and competitor offerings with confidence. Collaborate effectively with team members to nurture open communication and collective success. Timely completion of all administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines. Conduct all sales activities with professionalism, following established promotional guidelines. Candidate Qualifications: Preferred: BA/BS degree; however, not mandatory. Experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage. Adept at handling 'clinical' selling, articulating complex product and disease state information effectively. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Capable of implementing pharmaceutical sales and marketing strategies efficiently. Skilled in managing territory budgets and excelling in a dynamic work environment. Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
