Title | Sales Operations Manager Location | Remote Department | Sales Reports To | VP Sales and Marketing Pay | $130,000/Yr Overview We are a fast-growing, PE-backed nuclear pharmacy and PET radiopharmaceutical organization seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to build, manage, and optimize our commercial infrastructure during a period of rapid expansion. This role is critical in developing scalable sales processes, ensuring effective Salesforce CRM utilization, optimizing territory design, and enabling accurate forecasting for a complex and highly regulated healthcare market. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technology, healthtech, life sciences, or radiopharmaceutical commercialization, with exceptional analytical capability and hands-on expertise in CRM systems, sales process design, and data-driven performance management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute sales operations strategies supporting PET tracer and radiopharmaceutical product portfolios. Partner with commercial leadership to define revenue targets and build demand forecasts grounded in market trends, production capacity, and clinical adoption patterns. Lead analysis of sales performance, pricing, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to inform strategic decision-making. Salesforce & CRM Management Work with Salesforce Administrator and assist with managing system configuration, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and integrations. Identify and implement enhancements that improve data quality, sales productivity, and operational efficiency. Train sales team members on Salesforce best practices to ensure consistent and compliant usage. Sales Territory & Pipeline Management Design, optimize, and maintain sales territories aligned with market potential, logistics routes, regulatory restrictions, and production capabilities. Support pipeline management by establishing standardized processes for lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and stage progression. Ensure visibility into customer activity and market coverage to maximize reach and revenue impact. Forecasting & Reporting Develop accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts incorporating historical trends, order patterns, operational constraints, and market intelligence. Produce routine reporting packages for leadership, investors, and cross-functional partners. Monitor commercial KPIs and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Sales Process Optimization Build and refine scalable sales processes that support rapid commercialization and adherence to regulatory and quality standards common in nuclear pharmacy operations. Collaborate with marketing, operations, regulatory, and production teams to ensure alignment across the full order-to-delivery lifecycle. Implement tools, policies, and best practices that boost sales productivity and enhance customer experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Production, Quality, and Finance to ensure the commercial organization is aligned on demand signals and market needs. Support new market launches, product introductions, and expansion initiatives through operational planning and data-driven insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA or related field a plus). 5+ years of Sales Operations experience, ideally in healthtech, advanced technologies, medical devices, healthcare services, or life sciences. Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce CRM administration and sales operations tooling. Strong analytical skill set with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data modeling. Advanced Excel is a requirement and Power BI is plus. Proven ability to design and optimize sales processes within fast-growing or PE-backed environments. Experience with territory modeling, forecasting, and pipeline management. Familiarity with regulatory and operational considerations specific to radiopharmaceutical or nuclear pharmacy markets strongly preferred.
