As a Sales Assistant at UNIQLO Europe Ltd, you will play a key role in shaping memorable customer experiences and contributing to the growth and evolution of our business.

• A Partner in Management: Offer fresh ideas, relay customer feedback to uncover new opportunities, and drive sales.

• A Retail Specialist: Build strong product knowledge and master day-to-day operations and services to confidently support customers and keep your store running smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide a rewarding shopping experience by being attentive and responsive to customers' needs.

• Sales Floor Excellence: Keep the store clean, well-stocked, organized, and beautifully presented to inspire customers.

• Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor customer reactions to our products to recommend adjustments to visual displays and stock levels for each style, color, and size, to satisfy customer demand.

• Team Collaboration: Work with all colleagues, offer your support, and help create a strong, united team.

• Sustainability: Champion our recycling program, promote our repair services, and participate in local community activities.

• Retail Technology: Contribute to content creation for our social media campaigns, styling app, or livestream channel if you are excited about being in the spotlight.
