Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods throughout the distribution process. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to meet productivity and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision, using scanning equipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly packaged.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock takes as needed.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall team goals in our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent bending, squatting, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • A strong commitment to workplace Safety and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
