About
Southside Speech Therapy is a small, therapist-owned private practice located in *Peachtree City, Georgia*, providing high-quality in-person speech therapy services to school-aged children. We are currently seeking an *experienced, part-time Speech-Language Pathologist* to join our in-person team. The role is expected to begin in *January 2026*, with a brief onboarding process beforehand.
This position begins with a *small caseload* and will *grow gradually* as new clients are referred and placed. It’s a wonderful fit for an SLP who values independence, meaningful clinical work, and a supportive environment without the pressure of a large caseload.
*Requirements*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* *CCC-SLP required*
* *Minimum of 3 years of licensed SLP experience*
* Pediatric/school-aged experience preferred
* Active Georgia SLP license
* Professional Liability Insurance
* Ability to pass a background check
* Must have availability for consistent *afternoon sessions*.
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Reliable for in-person sessions
* *Up-to-date technology*, including laptop/desktop under 5 years old and ability to use EMRs
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Familiarity with SimplePractice, Nucleus, and Google Workspace
* Previous school-based or private practice experience
* Comfort with a gradually building caseload
* Interest in long-term collaboration with the practice

*Responsibilities*
* Provide *in-person speech therapy* to K–12 students at our Peachtree City office (occasional onsite school visits may occur depending on client needs).
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies.
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation in *SimplePractice* and *Nucleus* (within 24 hours of each session).
* Collaborate with families to support carryover of skills at home.
* Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and conduct make-up sessions when appropriate due to therapist cancellations.
* Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a reliable in-person presence.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
