Sales Engineer
to enhance our installation division, specializing in HVAC or Plumbing & Piping solutions. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys client interactions and thrives on transforming opportunities into successful projects. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both residential and commercial clients. Perform site visits to evaluate project requirements and suggest appropriate systems or solutions. Prepare detailed proposals, technical presentations, and precise cost estimates. Collaborate closely with internal teams—engineering, project management, and service—to ensure seamless project execution. Achieve or surpass sales targets while contributing to overall company growth. Stay informed about industry trends, energy-efficient technologies, and innovative products. Engage in kickoff meetings and planning sessions for significant projects. Focus Areas: HVAC Sales: Promote solutions featuring chillers, VRF, RTUs, air handlers, and controls. Offer technical insights for energy-efficient retrofits and replacements. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate proposals. Plumbing & Piping Sales: Design system solutions for domestic water, boilers, sanitary, storm, process, and gas piping. Provide technical support for both new construction and retrofit projects. Translate plans and specifications into clear scopes of work and estimates. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing/piping sales. Strong technical knowledge and confidence in discussing solutions with clients. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented attitude. A valid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred. Eligibility Requirements: This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Employment and education will be verified.
