Mytech is seeking a Tier II System Administrator to support our second-shift operations. In this role, you will be the primary technical presence on-site after regular business hours and will own the monitoring, maintenance, and stabilization of our managed client environments. Youll collaborate with our Shared Technical Services team during a daily overlap window, then transition into largely independent work for the remainder of your shift. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys autonomy, communicates proactively, and takes pride in maintaining system health and uptime with a high degree of accountability. Key Responsibilities Deploy, administer, and improve monitoring platforms for systems and networks Construct, administer, and maintain our management systems based on SME areas Deploy, administer, and integrate security services platforms Source, build, and maintain automation scripts and tools for the organization Proactively remediate system or network health alerts and event notifications Document system provisioning and configuration standards Respond to system alerts and to service requests from other departments
