Position Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, team leadership, and operational excellence. This role works closely with culinary leadership and senior management to drive guest satisfaction, staff development, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee daily food and beverage service operations, including lunch and dinner service


  • Manage, train, coach, and develop front-of-house leadership and hourly staff


  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, service execution, and guest engagement


  • Monitor labor, scheduling, and payroll to align with business needs


  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for food and beverage programs


  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH communication


  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and promptly


  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations


  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of FOH team members


  • Support special events, menu rollouts, and operational initiatives

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2–3 years of Food & Beverage or Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment


  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


  • Proven ability to manage teams and lead by example on the floor


  • Solid understanding of food, beverage, service standards, and cost control


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment


  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
