About
Requirements:
- Experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Grill experience is preferred
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Respectful to others, maintain a positive work environment with coworkers and guests.
- Have organizational skills. Work with a sense of urgency, while maintaining an attention to detail.
- Current food handler card with an understanding of kitchen sanitation standards.
- Set-up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Grill station experience is needed with comprehensive knowledge of steaks and cooking temperatures
- Menu knowledge. Learning of entire menu to assist across multiple stations.
- Adherence to company's quality standards, making sure all dishes prepared are consistent and accurate.
- Report to Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine and follow all instructions accordingly.
- Break down and clean up station. Track and record station inventory for prep list the following day.
- Keep a safe environment, making sure all equipment is turned off and stored properly.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs regular.
