- A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills
- A deep passion for creating memorable experiences
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Menu Development: Create menus that harmonize with the venue's immersive theme, enhancing the guest experience
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor an exceptional kitchen staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Operational Excellence: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team to synchronize all aspects of the guest experience
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in culinary execution
