Gold Room F&B is seeking an inspired, strategically minded Events Manager to lead the sales strategy, events programming, and experiential activation of a new boutique hotel food and beverage portfolio within All Inn Hotel on East Colfax. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in event sales, on-site execution, brand partnerships, and cultural programming—someone excited to build an events identity that drives revenue while positioning the property as a destination beyond the hotel walls.
This position blends sales leadership, creative programming, and hands-on event management, serving as the connective tissue between culinary, beverage, music, and brand storytelling.
About the Property & ConceptThe All Inn Hotel will feature multiple distinct food and beverage revenue centers, each with its own atmosphere, audience, and programming potential. The Events Manager will be responsible for driving private event sales, public-facing activations, and partnerships across all outlets:
FINO – Coastal Mediterranean inspired small plates restaurant and natural wine garden ideal for intimate gatherings, tastings, and brand-led dinners. With 112 seats indoor and capacity for groups up to 160 people outdoors.
Lobby Bar & Lounge (All Is Well) – An all-day social hub suited for live music, community events, daytime activations, and evening programming.
Wine Garden – Outdoor, garden-style venue with strong potential for seasonal events, music series, and partner-driven activations.
Future Cocktail Bar Concept – A late-night, chef- and bar-driven space for curated experiences, brand takeovers, and ticketed events.
Hotel-Wide & In-Room Events – Buyouts, corporate retreats, wedding-related programming, and experiential stays.
Key Responsibilities Event Sales & Revenue StrategyDrive private and semi-private event sales across all F&B outlets, including buyouts, receptions, brand dinners, weddings, and corporate events.
Develop pricing structures, event packages, and revenue forecasts aligned with hotel and F&B financial goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact from inquiry through contract execution and post-event follow-up.
Oversee the planning and execution of all on-site events, ensuring seamless coordination between culinary, beverage, service, and operations teams.
Be present and active during key events to manage flow, guest experience, timelines, and real-time problem-solving.
Establish SOPs for event execution that maintain boutique hotel standards while supporting operational efficiency.
Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with beverage brands, lifestyle brands, cultural organizations, and local creatives.
Develop brand activations that feel organic to each outlet—wine dinners, spirit showcases, pop-ups, sponsored events, and experiential campaigns.
Collaborate with ownership and marketing to ensure partnerships align with brand identity and long-term positioning.
Curate and manage live music programming, DJs, and performance-based events across outlets, particularly the Lobby Bar and Wine Garden.
Build relationships with local artists, promoters, and cultural partners to create consistent, high-quality programming.
Balance entertainment programming with guest experience, neighborhood considerations, and operational needs.
Partner closely with the Executive Chef, Beverage Director, General Manager and Hotel Leadership to align events with culinary and beverage vision.
Collaborate on seasonal programming, holiday calendars, and long-term experiential planning.
Represent Gold Room F&B to media, partners, and the community as a cultural and hospitality leader.
3+ years experience in event sales, F&B programming, or hospitality marketing, preferably within boutique hotels, lifestyle venues, or chef-driven concepts.
Proven success in driving event revenue while maintaining a high-touch guest experience.
Strong background in on-site event execution, not just sales.
Experience managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative activations.
Deep appreciation for food, beverage, music, and culture-driven hospitality.
Organized, creative, and calm under pressure with excellent communication skills.

Compensation: Salary ($65,000 – $80,000) + commission on events + Performance-Based Incentives
