About

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Salesperson to join our dealership. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, communicates confidently, and knows how to build strong relationships with customers. **The pay for this role is commission/performance base** What You'll Do: Assist customers throughout the car-buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain deep knowledge of our used inventory and vehicle features Conduct test drives and present vehicle benefits clearly and persuasively Negotiate pricing and close deals while delivering an excellent customer experience Generate your own leads through marketing efforts, including social media outreach, networking, and community engagement Develop and execute personal marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales Follow up with potential buyers and maintain long-term client relationships Keep the sales lot looking professional and organized What We're Looking For: Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not required) Strong communication and people skills Experience in self-marketing, personal branding, or independent lead generation Confidence using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Goal-driven attitude with the ability to work independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer: Competitive commission structure Training and support to help you grow your sales career Access to a wide selection of quality used inventory A positive, energetic, team-oriented work environment Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $27,720 - $35,710 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
