Location : Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid, ~60% travel)
Envoy America is seeking an accomplished, well-connected, and results-driven Director of Health Systems & Post-Acute Sales to accelerate growth of our subscription-based specialty transportation services across the healthcare continuum. This role focuses on hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), transitional care units (TCUs), rehab centers, post-acute organizations, and healthcare-focused Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
This is a high-impact opportunity to help healthcare organizations increase revenue, improve patient throughput, reduce operational costs, enhance discharge performance, and elevate patient outcomes through a proven transportation and care-support model that closes a critical gap in the healthcare delivery chain.

in competitive healthcare markets. Optimize operations and support staff
by eliminating transportation-related bottlenecks.
About the Role Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will lead all aspects of sales within the health system and post-acute segments. You will leverage industry relationships and deep domain expertise to drive adoption of Envoy America’s subscription services, expanding our footprint with high-value healthcare and REIT-aligned organizations.
You will be responsible for developing strategic market penetration plans, generating and qualifying leads, shaping enterprise-level solutions, and closing complex multi-site, multi-stakeholder agreements. This is an individual contributor role with significant executive visibility and substantial future leadership potential as the healthcare vertical continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and close new business
with hospitals, SNFs, TCUs, rehab centers, post-acute operators, and healthcare REITs. Establish and deepen relationships
with key decision-makers and influencers, including hospital executives, throughput and discharge leaders, post-acute administrators, and REIT portfolio operators. Own the full enterprise sales cycle : prospecting, needs discovery, solution presentation, ROI modeling, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate cross-functionally
with marketing, operations, and client success to align solutions with partner needs and performance goals. Maintain accurate pipeline visibility
and deliver reliable sales forecasts via CRM.
Qualifications 6–10+ years of B2B healthcare sales experience , selling into hospitals, SNFs, post-acute organizations, or related healthcare environments. Demonstrable consultative selling skills based on prior work experience Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Deep healthcare industry knowledge and a strong professional network
across acute and post-acute care. Exceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel 40–60%. Bachelor’s degree required.
