About

We're looking for a hands-on, organized, and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Gardening Department If you love plants, know your way around tools/equipment, and thrive in a busy warehouse environment — this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Kickstart the crews in the morning and help them succeed throughout the day

  • Handle onboarding: new staff orientation, t-shirts, docs, and first-day training

  • Check in personally with crew members and support their growth

  • Manage inventory of plants, soil, tools, equipment/gadgets, t-shirts and docs

  • Oversee receiving, stock rotation & quality control

  • Lead and train warehouse & seasonal staff

  • Coordinate deliveries/pickups with Operations

  • Maintain clean, safe, efficient warehouse & job sites

  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns with professionalism

  • Submit receipts and handle small office admin tasks (no crew scheduling required)

  • Embrace and implement LEAN processes to improve systems on the gardening side

What You Bring
  • 3–5 years warehouse management experience

  • Gardening/horticulture knowledge a big plus

  • Strong leadership & organization skills

  • Physically fit (lift up to 60 lbs)

  • Valid driver's license

  • Safety-minded & proactive

  • You take initiative and get things done without being micromanaged

  • You're humble, hardworking, and love helping others improve

  • You're a strong communicator and a reliable team player

  • Bonus: you're organized, can handle a bit of admin, and bring good energy daily

Nice to Have
  • Forklift or equipment certification

  • Horticulture or landscaping training

  • First Aid/CPR
