 Marketing Specialist
     
 


As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing compelling digital content across various online platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand's voice and objectives. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging written and visual content to attract and retain our target audience.

Responsibilities 

· Develop and execute digital content
strategies across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media,
and email marketing campaigns.

· Create original, informative, and
engaging written content.

· Collaborate with internal
stakeholders, including marketing, design, and engineering teams, to ensure
content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.

· Conduct research to stay up to date
with industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences, and use
this knowledge to optimize content strategies.

· Implement SEO best practices to
improve content visibility and search engine rankings.

· Stay current with emerging digital
content trends and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the
company's online presence.

· Ensure all content adheres to legal
and ethical standards, including copyright and data protection regulations.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in marketing,
communications, journalism, or a related field.

· Proven work experience as a Digital
Content Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role.

· Exceptional writing and editing
skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Experience creating digital content
across various platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, and email
campaigns.

· Proficiency in content management
systems (CMS), digital publishing tools, and social media management platforms.

· Familiarity with SEO principles and
best practices.

· Proficiency in graphic design and
multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.

· Exposure to labour or safety business
verticals  

· Excellent communication and
collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
