About

We are looking for a PM shift nurse (LPN or RN) for the Pines Post Acute and Memory Care. The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. *Pay: LPN rate is $31-34/hr.; RN rate is 37-42/hr. *
*Hours: 2pm to 10pm- will include working every other weekend*
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Medication administration
* Evaluation of long-term care and rehab residents
* Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
* Observing residents and appropriately documenting
* Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of resident's cooperation
* Follow safety guidelines
* MUST: be capable of maintaining regular attendance
* Requires ability to lift at least 25 pounds
* Safely utilize equipment
* Participate in emergency fire or disaster drills
* Follow universal safety precaution
*Skills*
* *MUST *have an LPN or RN license
* Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
* Excellent knowledge of emergency care
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Responsible and compassionate
* Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
* BS or other diploma from a nursing program

Pay: $31.00 - $42.00 per hour
