About

Senior Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) Design Engineer Join our innovative team as a Senior Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) Design Engineer. You will design high‑speed drivers, trans‑impedance amplifiers (TIAs), and control systems for optical communication applications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the architecture definition, circuit design, layout, and qualification of electronic circuits integrated with photonic components. You will embrace challenges that push technology boundaries and drive impactful innovations.
Key Responsibilities
Design high‑speed drivers, TIAs, and control systems for optical communication applications.
Collaborate on architecture definition, circuit design, layout, and qualification of circuits integrated with photonic components.
Drive high‑speed communication product development through innovative solutions.
Stay current with advancements in CMOS, silicon photonics, and optical communications to enhance design approaches.
Required Qualifications
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Solid background in high‑speed analog and mixed‑signal IC design, with knowledge of circuit noise, linearity, amplifiers, low‑noise TIAs, AGC, and linear equalizers.
Experience testing and debugging analog/mixed‑signal high‑speed ICs, and physical design and verification using industry‑standard tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, HFSS, and EMX.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CMOS design and manufacturing, including SiGe and BiCMOS.
Experience with silicon photonics and optical communications.
Publications and a record of innovation.
Familiarity with digital flow (synthesis, static timing, place and route) for mixed‑signal control systems.
Background in wireline communication and equalization; familiarity with SerDes, CDR, PLL, ADC, and DAC.
